This is the working version of the master branch from before the merge with the working groundstation.

This the final working version of the embedded harware and software from the Microcart 18-19 team. It supports some functionalites that aren't implemented on the ground station. There will be documentation for these unused functionalities

Fixed bug involving the references to graph blocks and commands in the sdk ext folder that caused the build to fail

Made a few documentation changes just going further into detail on some thing surrounding how the quad SW works for anyone that doesnt have much FPGA exiprience.

Lots of work with gyroscope compensation. Currently disabled, but using integral frame properly now.

Added #defines for using optical flow vs. VRPN and using integrated gyro for yaw. Updated Gyro Z bias. Changed some sensor processing regarding optical flow.
