Remove imu_logger in favor of a dedicated hw test
We currently have all of our hardware tests in quad/src/xsdk_workspace/real_quad/src/hw_impl_zybo_tests.c. Except one. We have a legacy xsdk_project called "imu_logger" that duplicates all of the all quad app code, when it should be importing it like is done in real_quad.
