Pressing enter only changes the active setpoint.
To Quad sends all

Thanks for breaking the build

Had to make small changes to headers in quad inc

Readback on setpoints. This means that nav setpoints update when changed
in control graph view.

Now they do a good job of defaulting to the right setpoints

Mostly done. Signals not connected yet.
