Remove test_logging in favor of a test script that uses the virtual quad

We have a legacy mini project test_logging which is not conforming with the other projects. (i.e. its astray outside of src).

We should verify what it is trying to test (that logging works), using the virtual quad. Currently, the gear switch is the trigger for sending logs, so we should be able to verify that in a test script, much like these.

A ruby script was added that should be able to perform the same ability as what was being done in test_logging.

@dawehr Can you confirm that this is sufficient to replace test_logging? How exactly was that test supposed to work?
