Create a Wifi Access Point on groundstation

Problem Description

To support multiple quads simultaneously we must switch the access point from the esp8266 to the groundstation computer

Proposed Solution

• Create a bash script to install and configure the hostapd.
• The script could potentially install for multiple linux distribution.
• Also the script will be interactive or allow for default installation.
• Finally documentation will be created and built upon current documentation
