Rotate filtered flow velocity
Currently, "Flow Vel X" and "Flow Vel Y" blocks are fed through "OF Offset Angle" to convert the local velocity into global velocity. "Flow Vel X Filt" and "Flow Vel Y Filt" also need to be rotated when using optical flow for autonomous flight. This was simply an oversight on our part, and because of it, deviating from 0 yaw when in optical flow causes the quad to become unstable.
