Cleaned up git repo. Added FSBL projects, IMU logger project, deleted comm_dev. Put bootimage and Debug directories in .gitignore

Changed interrupts to call own handler. Seems to get called, but not modifying secondaryEnd variable

Implemented copying of UART received data to circular buffer and processing circular buffer. Has not been tested

Autonomous mode is throttle-only. Fixed bug in stringBuilder that would fail to resize byte data. Packets that don't have a matching checksum are thrown away now.
