Refactored code. Implemented V0, V1, V2. Now using ground truth labels instead of discriminator predictions.

Todos: Need to implement parallel code. Need to work on experiments management and results collection. Need to run experiments. All data used are placeholders, showing incorrect performance. Supervised data does not have coverage vectors. Generated data is not parallel.
