Resolve "Easily Set the Crazyflie Parameters"

Feature Description

Easily set a collection of common parameters for the crazyflie drone using a json file.

Implementation Details

Created a json template to store 12 common parameters that will be used in the mp4 lab. A new button was added to the parameter tab in the gui window. There were also some banners added to help the user better understand what is going on.
