Ground station documentation

Problem Description

Needed more documentation to help future teams gain understanding of the Ground Station quicker.

Refactor Description

Documentation was added to the Ground Station Directory that describes basic flow through the system and all packets that are sent between the Quadcopter and the backend. Also cleaned up misspelling in files and added comments to more of the files.
