Create XSDK instructions in markdown to replace PDF

Finally completed the first step in improving documentation within the quad software branch by creating a how to use XSDK markdown file. Please look through file and see if this makes sense. In addition, please help me try to find if there is anywhere I missed changing a link to the old document.
