Convert XPS/XSDK walkthrough to markdown

We want our documentation to be written in markdown and up to date. Thus, we should convert the existing XPS/XSDK setup guide, currently stored in a PDF, to markdown and update the parts that are out of date. The file to be updated is linked below.
